Important Note

We provide relocation and integration assistance to help individuals and families successfully transition to life in Austria. Our services include guidance, planning, coordination, cultural orientation, and referrals to trusted resources.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, immigration, financial, or tax advice, nor do we represent clients in legal proceedings.

If legal advice or representation is needed, we will refer clients to qualified licensed attorneys or other appropriate professionals. Any legal services are provided independently by those professionals.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any immigration, residency, visa, or government application or process.

Payment, Cancellation and Liability Policy

Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of booking unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing. A consultation or service is confirmed only after payment has been received.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Clients may reschedule a consultation by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be non-refundable or subject to a 50% percentage cancellation fee. Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Where mandatory consumer-withdrawal rights apply, they remain unaffected. Consumers who purchase services online generally have a 14-day withdrawal period, although exceptions can apply when performance begins early at the consumer’s request.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for reviewing all applications, contracts, deadlines and official requirements relevant to their relocation.

Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, we cannot guarantee visa approvals, employment, accommodation, administrative outcomes or decisions made by government authorities or third-party providers.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays outside our reasonable control, or losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the client. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
